I am requesting that you send me an e-mail containing the
MediaWiki-1.15.0.tar.gz file as an attachment. Every time I try to download,
Google Chrome says I reach 10% of the download and then it stops downloading
and the speed slows down until it can find a constant speed around 2.3kb/s. If
you could send me the file, that would be great!
