to "B13_0828_sides_blue_dr_enYY"
takes a long time (which is nothing new) and gives an alarming:
Internal error
[051ad835] 2013-08-28 14:01:34: Fatal exception of type MWException
However the banner does seem to have been cloned correctly at
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNoticeBanners/edit/B13_0828_sides_blue_dr_enYY
Similar errors have happened a few times today.
