In case anyone reads this later, here's the requested information:

1.  Go to a page that contains a long table, like 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Academy_Awards_for_Walt_Disney#Competitive_Academy_Awards

2.  Scroll down to the end of the table.

3.  Can you still see the first row of the table on your computer screen?  I
can't.  Do you happen to remember what the label for each column is?  I don't.

This happens everywhere, on all versions of all Mediawiki software.  This is
basically a request for Excel's "Freeze Top Row" feature.
