Html produced by Iwpage and Iwpages templates - which simply run js - don't
come from the server, and obviously is not exported into derived files, as
ePub.
There's a need to integrate Iwpage and Iwpages action into ProofRead extension;
from interface pont of view, it will be sufficient to add a parameter lang=....
to <pages /> tag, and to build a new tag <iwpage lang=..... /> to be used in
place of tl|Iwpage.
