Admins can edit protected pages... protection is useless.

Between an edit and the discovery there can be a whole night in between, with
thousands of pictures uploaded in the mean time that possible do not have the
right templates and other requirements on them. We are talking here about an
official contest, not just uploading.

These problems certainly will be back again this year of this is implemented.

That is what you could have said last year as well but the practice showed
otherwise! Those admins (currently 270) + users with edit rights of campaigns
gave us a lot of trouble.

We have never planned nor wanted to use these technical campaign pages for
regular users, but only for technical staff of the contest.
