mw1153 seems to generate more thumbnail errors than any other image scaler.
This is in the magnitude of 2 to 3 times more errors than the rest of the
scaler eqiad cluster. For all of August each scaler seems to generate 30-40k
lines a day, whereas mw1153 generates 90-100k
Should be investigated. The amount of load on the box seems lower than the
others according to ganglia
