Rather than discussing about protections and unwanted changes, I would like to
ask why the campaign page should be a gallery.
Currently, when you edit the campaign namespace you get the campaign
configuration (in json). When you view the campaign page, you see the same data
but formatted as a table.
Thus it is consistent.
However, the proposed change makes the Campaign a gallery while “editing” the
gallery changes the campaign json. This seems wrong.
In my opinion, the «show uploads from this campaign» should be a Special page,
linked from the breadcrumbs of Campaign namespace.
Or maybe the campaign page could have a few links at the top like:
- Description
- View uploads from this campaign link.
- See a tutorial for configuring a campaign
- Etc.
followed by its configuration
Another option would be creting a new action for viewing the Campaign
configuration, but that seems wrong.
