The number of uses for an entity can be static; the purpose is after all only to prioritise the entities that need translation. Consequently it can be updated on a "regular" basis ... once every week is fine. The dynamic part already exists and only needs to get the sorting from the static information. When an entity is translated, it drops out of the list as it is.
