On every english wikipedia article page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/*), on
Google Chrome 31.0.1612.2 dev, when browser width is 862px or below, the div
with id equal to 'right-navigation falls below its intended position and
doesn't animate back to place. When browser is further resized it clips under
the wikipedia logo.
