After the vote on meta for a new Wikivoyage logo we have a result (
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikivoyage/Logo/2013/R2/Results/Runoff ) and
legal has asked us to update the sites. I will be sending a commit to do this
and copying in this bug.
