I am one of the admin in Khmer Wiki and during the recent Wikimania in Hong Kong, I met and discussed on Khmer font issues with Amir & Alotita from Wikimedia Language/Localization Team. For the discussion, after I returned back from the Wikimania, I gathered few (active) community members to work and test with the fonts. However, we don't make any public discussion on the Wiki site due to very low traffic, but on our Facebook page (link here - https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=525400094196207&set=a.124069224329298.21179.124062910996596&type=1&theater).
