On any page on https://test2.wikipedia.org
* click the down-arrow icon
* see "Purge" available
* click the down-arrow icon again
nothing happens. 'Purge' option should roll up, and/or a functioning up-arrow
icon should make it possible to dismiss the 'Purge' link. The inability to
dismiss the 'Purge' action may make inadvertent page deletes more likely.
