Right now external paste always writes the clipboard as formatted; in some
cases, users will want to "Paste Unformatted".
On Mac, there's a standard shortcut for this of Cmd+Shift+V - I'm assuming that
Ctrl+Shift+V would be sensible as well.
Would we also need a button? What about for the other standard 3
(Cut/Copy/Paste)?
