On translatewiki.net, it's no longer possible to export MediaWiki core to
gettext. A blank page is displayed after a while, and the PHP error log
contains an Out of Memory error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to
https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special%3ATranslate&taction=export&group=mediawiki&language=gu&task=export-as-po
Expected:
I. A gettext file is offered for download.
Observed:
II. Blank screen, out of memory error in PHP log (150M)
Reported by Kartik. This is huge (25k messages or so). Work-around is to use
smaller groups.
