When we started the monument database it was just country and language. Than
difficult countries like Belgium, Sweden and Denmark came along. We used the
country field to differentiate between different sources and types of
monuments.
So now it's a namespace (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namespace). We should
rename the field to this.
