Bug only occurs in Firefox.
* Go to Special:CentralNotice as an admin user.
* Create a new campaign, with some error such as empty projects, or an existing
name.
* Submit
The form will correctly come back with an error, but jquery multiselects will
never attach. Refreshing the page (including POST submission) will result in
working multiselects!
