ManageMyGrants workflow needs a little improvement:
* Revoking a Consumer's access should be easy and obvious (maybe it's own
separate button? Or a button on the list on MWOAuthManageMyGrants?)
* Special:MWOAuthManageMyGrants probably need to be a little more like the
/authorize interface
We'll probably get Jared's input on the MWOAuthManageMyGrants page
