Following problem is reported.
While editing pages with the new "beta" interface, the interface often gets
into a state where additional editing inside the "edit window" becomes
impossible. The cursor cannot be placed within the edit window in this state.
This state appears to occur after using the main scrollbar on the browser
window, and indeed it has just occurred as I entered this comment! I am using
Internet Explorer 8.0. The problem does not occur with the previous interface.

Update: this problem does not seem to happen with the Firefox browser; I'm
