--- Comment #2 from Laura Hale <[email protected]> --- Based on Sage's comments and after discussing this on IRC (our community is pretty small so this works and is allowed), based on our understanding of https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Education_Program/Preferences , no desire for the Did You Know thing. The default "these are all assignable by administrators, and administrators inherit all associated user rights" is acceptable.
