Widely reported error where user contrib histories and watchlists are not
updating. See:

I can confirm this is not happening for me as well. For example:

That diff was saved at 23:17, September 14, 2013 and the screenshot taken
several minutes later (23:22) of my contribs shows nada. Hard refresh does
nothing.
