--- Comment #1 from Ricordisamoa <[email protected]> --- This is because the English version of the MediaWiki message "wikibase-itembytitle-create" shows a link based on the sitelink's dbName: it is not always registered as interwiki prefix, and it often doesn't have any relation with the actual sitelink. E.g. the Italian version doesn't have it: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:ItemByTitle?site=slwiki&page=Srce+%28razlo%C4%8Ditev%29&uselang=it.
