Adds the namespace value from the query string, if one exists, to the dummy
page title.
Special:AddData uses a dummy page title - "Semantic Forms permissions test" -
to test if the user has permission to create the page. This fails when the user
does not have access to the 'Main' namespace, but has access to other
namespaces (such as 'File' for uploading). This patch adds the namespace value
from the query string, if one exists, to the dummy page title.
