As an administrator, I sometimes want to delete many pages which don't have a
clear user or title pattern, using a broad regex/wildcard and manually
unselecting those I'm not interested in because I already reviewed (and
patrolled) them. (Un)selecting would be easier if unpatrolled entries showed up
in some way, e.g. as they do on Special:NewPages.
