Trying to run Flow in 1.21 (yes, not officially supported, still I want to
try). After apparently successful installation this error appears in any
Special:Flow/Talk... page:
Unknown flow type 'discussion' requested

I have re-run the update script after cleaning, as explained at
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Flow#Internal_errors_32348 - but
the same bug is still there.
