Some images in the Echo UI must be reversed for RTL languages. Of the images
currently in the modules/icons directory, these need to be reversed:
CrossReferenced
Revert
Talk
The ThankYou.png icon in the Thanks extension needs to be reversed, too. Maybe
they should be some kind of a generic mechanism for reversing Echo icons.
