This is a bug on the MediaWiki version that Wikipedia is currently running on.
When an updated SVG format image is uploaded as a newer version of an SVG whose
optimal dimensions are the same, none of the renderings sitewide are updated.
I'm hoping that I'm reporting this in the right place.
This file's png rendering currently does not reflect the actual png.
