On the manage subpage:
* Swap the ordering of the "Update grants" and "Deauthorise consumer" buttons.
* Change string on button "Deauthorise consumer" to "Deauthorise".
* Change string at top of check boxes from "Granted to consumer" to "Granted".
On the manage my apps page:
* Full line breaks between the entry for each app.
* Remove bold from "publisher name" and "allowed on wiki".
* Add bold to app name.
* Change string "(review/manage access)" to "manage access".
