Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit any VE article in NS0 with several (3+) sections, the longer the
better. Add ?tour=firsteditve
2. Follow the tour until it suggests you edit a section.
3. Click edit on a section
4. The save-related guider should be misaligned partially or totally, depending
on other notices displayed by VE, the scrolling required etc.
