We are running Jenkins LTS version v1.509.2. Jenkins released a new version
with a bunch of bug fixes. https://jenkins-ci.org/changelog-stable
An important fix seems to be:
* Lazy loading causes massive delays after a period of inactivity when loading
dashboard (issue 16023)
That cause the dashboard to take a bunch of time to show up and possibly over
interactions. The root cause is jenkins is looking through the whole build
history to find the last failed build.
