Right now, the list of site links assumes language + site id and displays the
links as such.
This is fine for Wikipedia / Wikivoyage, but more than awkward for Commons and
special sites that really are multilingual.
The way we present Commons and special sites needs a bit of improvement.
Listing them with site name and site id would be better in those cases.
