I have no idea which Product/Component this issue belongs to, please change.
Maybe change summary, too.
On translatewiki.net MediaWiki knows the right interface language of anon
without using uselang=de (works in IE).
The problem is, the class 'capitalize-all-nouns' is not added to the body-tag
when needed, for example for german.
