Long translations of the "edit just a section" step in the firstedit tours can
wrap the title of the guider. This is fine, but it seems to move the close
action out of place too. Test ?tour=firstedit in dewiki or frwiki to see this
action.
Since we're not delivering these tours outside English yet, this is low
priority.
