            Bug ID: 54629
Summary: Media storage for the broken esams purges (again)
           Product: Wikimedia
           Version: wmf-deployment
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: Media storage
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected],

    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

While accessing https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:WiktionaryPt.svg from
Europe, I see an outdated version of the image. I also see it outdated at
200px. It is correct at 500px though. (the right version is the one that reads
"O dicionĂ¡rio livre")
Apparently, accessing from America, the image is correct.

This makes a discussion about images a complete mess, as people see different
images depending on their location.

I was told the problem is the purge synch between the US server and the
European server.

P.S.: the bug title doesn't mean anything to me; Nemo_bis told me to file it
like that :D
