Due to bug 52456, Jenkins uses the .jshintrc file from integration/docroot.git
when running the jshint test.
You will need an empty .jshintrc file to make sure Jenkins is using the default
jshint rules.
I have provided a patch with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/86119
