Currently we can use the "kidsonly" parameter to specify whether to only the
immediate subpages or show all subpages. It would be handy to also have an
option that allowed to only show the leafs (subpages with no further subpages).
So...
Foo
-> Bar
-> Baz
-> Zab
-> Fob
-> Bof
kidsonly=yes would give Bar, Fob. kidsonly=no would give the full tree. I'm
looking for another option that would give Baz, Zab, Bof.
