mediawikiwiki:. Both of the first two are in use now in various messages, the
third will be once I8cefafbc is merged.
We should settle on one and use it everywhere; personally I'm inclined towards
the interwiki version, which according to bug 43591 comment 3 works since 2007,
is easier to migrate to per bug 43591, and in general just seems neater.
