The list of categories returned by action=parse does not have any xml
attributes marking those categories as hidden (when they are hidden).

Presumably this information is available at this point since asking for
categorieshtml returns them sorted by hidden/non hidden.
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=parse&page=Voyager_1&prop=categorieshtml
I know this information is available in action=query, but it is preferable to
have this information returned by action=parse along with the page so only a
single query needs to be made.
