The top navigation bar only includes one link ("Navigation") on the left side,
which is a dropdown menu. Then the next row contains page links (e.g. Page,
Edit, Move, etc)

I would like to suggest moving the page links into the nav bar, such that on
the left, there would be the Navigation dropdown, and then the page links would
be shown. The attached image shows how it would hypothetically look like.
