The Portuguese Wikipedia is always shown by default using European Portuguese
(pt) for the interface language. It makes sense to use Brazilian Portuguese
(pt-br) when people access the site from Brazil.
This can be useful also for other languages, such as English (British English),
Chinese (Traditional for Hong Kong and Taiwan), etc.
