When exporting and importing pages between WMF wikis, edits by a username on
the source wiki can be attributed to a different user with the same username on
the target wiki. See WikiRevision::importOldRevision().
There probably isn't a good solution for this, other than the form could add a
hook to allow centralauth to inject a field that specifies the source wiki, and
then a hook to update the user, so CentralAuth could make sure they were the
same attached account on both wikis.
