I was using w3m (0.5.2) to access the http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/ page, and

Good to watch out when implementing bug 16659 and bug 17981.
Does not seem to be a MediaWiki problem, since https://wiki.toolserver.org/
works fine with w3m.
Changing skin with ?useskin does not help.
Apache content negotiation problem?
