I am currently running Mediawiki r59301 (phase3), and my Special:Upload is
completely ignoring my form submission. When the form is sent by my browser, it
takes me back to the exact same page where I was, as if I'd just hit the
'refresh' button. Tested with Firefox, MSIE, and Opera, happens on all of them.
This problem has occured twice before: Once with Special:Userlogin (Fixed by
downloading a new trunk) and with the User Rights Management page (still
happening, but worked around it by editing the db table directly).
I personally tested it with all skins, and the same thing happened for all of
them.
