When using pwb.py together with '-log', e.g. run
$ python pwb.py clean_sandbox.py -simulate -log
we get 2 log files created, namely:
* 'logs/pwb.log' (wrong)
* 'logs/pwb.pyclean_sandbox.py-simulate-log.log' (correct)
of which the first is wrong and should not be used at all.
