Currently the "MediaWiki:Proofreadpage qualityX category" messages are used for
both names of categories for pages according to their proofread status and
description summaries filled it when a user changes the status for some page.
I believe that separate Mediawiki messages should be used. In fact, in
Ukrainian Wikisource we have difficulties setting up suitable translations that
suit both use cases.
