In production we are reusing DOM fragments from transclusions and images. This
is not properly tested currently.
It would be great if we could add this type of test to round-trip testing. The
basic requirement is to pre-load the expansion / image caches with those
extracted from a previous parse (see handleCacheRequest in
api/ParserService.js).
