Left: Correct rendering, Right: RSVG rendered thumbnail
When creating thumbnails for SVGs, RSVG incorrectly renders characters of
Sinhala (Unicode) script (http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0D80.pdf).

Possible fixes: Sinhala Unicode fonts are available in ttf-sinhala-lklug
package. Probably we could make use of that.
