In that case, each of the talk pages * [[en:Foo talk:Bar]] * [[fr:Foo talk:Bar]] * [[pt:Foo talk:Bar]] * ... should have the "Language" section in the sidebar, with links to the talk pages in the list (i.e. the talk pages of pages which are linked to Q1234567890).
