Hello, we want a "portal" namespace in Tatar Wikipedia. Discussion is here:

Namespace talk page = Портал бәхәсе
There are already pages written with this prefix (Портал:) but this is
not added as a namespace, yet.
And in that new "portal" namespace we want to enable subpage support. The
discussion is at the same place.
