When creating a redirect to another site via an interwiki link, it appears in
Special:BrokenRedirects.
Example: Project:Commumity Portal redirects to [[crf:187]] (an interwiki link).
This then appears in Special:BrokenRedirects as 'Spiderweb Roleplay
Wiki:Community portal -> 187'.
