If I have a date type and set a property of:
[[post date:=2009-11-20T13:09-06:00]] (meaning Nov 20th 2009 1:09p CST)
this is interpreted as the time: 20 November 2009 07:09:00 instead of the
proper UTC time of 20 November 2009 19:09
(You're subtracting 6 hours to get to UTC instead of adding)
